Russian Client Visits Baochuan, Signs Equipment Purchase Agreement

On May 12, 2025, Wuxi Baochuan Electromechanical Co., Ltd. was honored to host our long-standing Russian partner at our flagship facility in Wuxi’s cable-machinery industrial park. After a detailed walkthrough of our cutting-edge production lines—including the latest high-precision copper Wire Drawing machines and advanced extrusion systems—our technical and sales teams engaged in in-depth discussions to tailor a turnkey solution matching the customer’s output requirements of up to 1,500 kg/h and extrusion tolerances within ± 0.02 mm. Drawing on our decade of collaboration, we proposed the Model BCW-1500 copper wire drawing line alongside the BCE-500 extrusion unit, complete with 3D installation layouts, performance data sheets, and a comprehensive on-site training plan. The outcome was a signed contract for immediate production, with a delivery schedule set for August 15, 2025, and an 18-month full-coverage warranty。

Our logistics division will synchronize with international freight partners to guarantee prompt shipment, while our deployment engineers stand ready to commission and train operators in Russia upon arrival. As we look ahead, this project not only strengthens our strategic partnership in Eastern Europe but also exemplifies our industry-leading approach to quality, customization, and digital marketing in the global machinery trade.
