Components and usage of the unit
Type:Cantilever, double-station line can be used to achieve non-stop joints;

Machine structural characteristics
LHD-450/13D-AL wire drawing machine is sliding type, equal-diameter cable drum, 13-die aluminum wire drawing equipment. The machine consists of drawing oil tank, gear box, transmission lubrication system, rotary mold base and main drive motor and traction drive motor. The main drawing machine and final capstan have independent motor drive, which can achieve rapid die change (changing the outlet size, only to replace the last die or reduce the number of dies, electrical control system automatically control, which facilitates the wearing of the dies and the replacement of the wire gauge, and greatly reduces the number of spare wire dies).
The main drawing machine frame is an integral casting structure, and the material of the helical gear in the box is 20CrMnTi, which is treated by carburizing and quenching, and the tooth surface is a hard tooth surface; in order to prevent the die from coming out of the die holder due to the tensile stress during the emergency stop, the input shaft A one-way overrunning clutch is designed inside the pulley to avoid disconnection when driving again. The front of the box is equipped with a fixed speed wheel and a splitter wheel. The bottom of the box is a transmission oil tank with an effective volume of 0.37m3。
All the drawing capstan shafts of the machine, the final capstan shaft and the die holder form a special inclination angle with the host axis. In this way, the squeezing and scratching between the wires wound on the drum during the wire drawing can be reduced or avoided.
The drawing capstan, final capstan and splitter wheel are all inlaid with steel structure, and the surface is sprayed with tungsten carbide. Used on both sides, when the surface is worn, just replace the capstan ring. Wire drawing capstan steel ring, 45# steel, surface spray tungsten carbide; V-shaped design, double-sided use, when the wheel face wear, only need to replace the capstan ring.
The 13th die holder is designed as a rotating structure. When the machine is working normally, it rotates at a constant speed of 31r/min, which ensures uniform wear of the mold and ensures the uniform geometry of the finished wire. A disconnection parking switch is arranged at the exit of the rotary die, and when the accidental disconnection occurs, the machine can be automatically stopped.
The cover of gearbox is sealed with a double lid. The door cover is made of stainless steel, the outer cover is six pieces, and the inner cover is four pieces.
This machine is equipped with a separate transmission lubrication circulation system, and each transmission gear and bearing are spray-type lubrication.

The device is mainly composed of two storage reels, guide wheels and cylinders. The fixed wheel is at the bottom, the moving wheel is at the top, and the fixed wheel and the moving wheel are both segmented. The moving wheel is equipped with a linear moving bearing, which reduces the jitter of the incoming and outgoing wires.
On the guide rail sliding the moving storage reel, two stroke switches are provided to prevent the moving reel from colliding with other mechanisms when the tension is too large, too small or broken.
Tension control: The tension is adjusted by air pressure and is constant and consistent.
A metering proximity switch is arranged at the fixed side wire wheel. When the guide wheel rotates, the signal is input into the PLC, and the meter is accurate and the error is small.

Main feature
The frame of the main body is a one-piece casting. The equipment has beautiful appearance, advanced structure, low running noise, high production efficiency and high economic efficiency.
The drawing capstan diameter is Φ450mm, and adopts a series of inclined arrangement to avoid abrasion and squeezing of the aluminum wire. The machine has high strength and good rigidity. The final capstan and the drawing capstan are driven by different motors, and the speed is synchronously adjustable, enabling rapid die change.
The drawing capstan is fully immersed for cooling, and the wire drawing die and aluminum wire are optimally cooled and lubricated.
Space is separated between the capstan cooling lubricant tank and the gear box. In order to prevent the drawing liquid and the gear box oil from interpenetrating and mixing, multiple seals are designed and assembled to prevent penetration.
Drawing capstan, final capstan and guide wheel are specially treated, with high hardness, good wear resistance and long service life.
