Heading machine

1. The machine body is a precision-cast structure with a gear reduction mechanism installed within. The upper portion of the housing houses the roller assembly and the drawing drum for die insertion.

2. The rolling mechanism, consisting of upper and lower rollers, is mounted on the upper portion of the machine. The die insertion mechanism is mounted on the rocker arm bracket on the left side of the machine body, while the clamping mechanism and drawing drum are installed directly in front of the machine. The electrical control system is configured when the machine is shipped and must be safe and reliable.

3. The roller grooves are arranged from deep to shallow below the axis. To operate, first turn the handle counterclockwise and push the wire to be rolled into the corresponding grooves, from large to small. Each rotation of the rollers removes the wire. Repeat this process several times to achieve the desired tip. 4. The point-pointing machine is driven by a separate electric motor, which drives the output shaft on the main shaft through two pairs of reduction gears.

After disengaging the drum clutch, thread the pointed wire into the drawing die on the rocker arm bracket. Clamp the wire end with a clamp and turn the handle clockwise to rotate the drum. When the desired length is reached, disengage the tapered friction clutch and stop the drum.
