Overview
The BAOC-24DT-2 double-head small-draw continuous annealing machine's tower wheel is based on the traditional single-line tower wheel type drawing and continuous annealing machine. It uses belt and pulley transmission, widening and dividing the tower wheel slots to allow each level of the tower wheel to pass through two wires. The eye mold seat is also widened and divided to accommodate two or one eye molds... arranged horizontally in a single layer (two layers up and down). A main motor drives the tower wheel shaft and the drawing shaft via a flat belt; two winding shafts are driven by two independent three-phase AC motors, which are controlled synchronously by two frequency converters. The power for the annealing machine is transmitted and supplied by the drawing machine through a flat belt. Copper wire enters the drawing room via a wire holder and undergoes drawing through the tower wheel and drawing die. During drawing, the cooling method for the wire and die uses a spray system. The wire sequentially passes through the drawing wheel, counting guide wheel, tension rocker guide wheel, guide wheel, and wire arrangement guide wheel before entering the two winding drums. The control of winding tension is provided by two tension rockers, which send signals to the corresponding winding frequency converters (dedicated to the drawing machine). After signal processing, the frequency converter adjusts the speed of the winding motor to achieve balanced tension. The electrical control system has an automatic memory function, ensuring smooth acceleration upon normal start-stop and restart without manual assistance. The equipment can be operated and adjusted via the control panel, displaying major parameters for easy daily operation and maintenance. Dual-frequency synchronous control is adopted to achieve stepless speed regulation. The annealing voltage tracks the winding speed, truly achieving continuous annealing. The wire laying system is driven by two sets of independent unidirectional motors to control the wire laying of two wire reels respectively; the braking system of the winding part is standardly electromagnetic brake, when customers require to use larger wire reels, we suggest choosing pneumatic brake.
Drawing part
● Using AC variable frequency motor drive, synchronous belt + flat belt transmission and four-axis horizontal arrangement structure, with small noise, high speed, low energy consumption and other characteristics;
● The surface of the tower wheel is made of steel parts sprayed with tungsten carbide (the widening and division of the slot of the tower wheel channel make each tower wheel pass through two wires, and the eye mold seat also passes through the widening and division). All high-speed running parts are subjected to high precision dynamic balance correction to ensure the stability of the equipment at high speed;
● Drawing is cooled and lubricated by spray. The mold seat and tower wheel have rotating drawing liquid spray pipe with valve to ensure the lubrication and cooling effect;
● The drawing tower wheel is equipped with a mold seat next to it for easy mold operation;
● The protective cover of the drawing part is made of stainless steel, with a folding and flipping structure and a counterweight balancing system to facilitate operation;
● Wire laying part: there are two kinds of disc and frame, one set of disc over-end wire laying frame with tension adjustment device and one set of wire laying frame for the entrance of frame wire laying adapted to the client.
Annealing part
● Three-stage DC annealing is adopted, which consists of a conductive system, an oxidation protection system, a cooling system, a drying system and an electrical system.
● Annealing Section, Preheating Section, Cooling Section (The widening and slot design of the annealing conductive copper wheel channel allow each contact copper wheel to pass through two wires. The carbon brush conductive wheel is designed to be wider, ensuring it can handle the current requirements for two wires. The annealing length, preheating section length, and the speed ratio of the drive pulley have been increased to meet the annealing process requirements for copper wires. Field production has proven that this design effectively extends the service life of conductive nickel rings while improving the surface quality and flexibility of copper products. An additional high-pressure air cooling device is added to the cooling section to enhance the cooling effect on the drawn wire, reduce the temperature of the soft wire, and improve the quality of the wire.
● The annealing coolant is recycled with a dilute concentration of 0.5%-1% drawing fluid, and a separate water pump is used to supply water. The annealing liquid tank is located at the bottom of the annealing device, with a volume of about 0.55 cubic meters.
● Annealing current controller, DC annealing, can track the wire speed for control, to ensure that the wire is fully annealed when starting and stopping (590 full digital annealing control).
Winding system
● Spooling motor: 2*4KW AC motor with frequency converter control.
● Winding shaft size: 2* outer diameter MAX 250mm plastic plate (can be designed according to your dimensions), winding load copper: 15KG
● Upper and lower shaft mode: two sets of top screw are tightly pressed, with upper and lower shaft carriages attached.
● Wire arrangement: 2*90W belt synchronous motor wire arrangement, wire width MAX270mm (two sets of wire arrangement systems, respectively controlling the corresponding winding disk).
● Winding control mode: counterweight tension control, automatic calculation and correction to control the winding tension.
● Braking: 2*10KG-M electromagnetic brake.
Coil speed control
● Two sets of swing arm buffer detection, automatic correction of winding, and control the corresponding winding shaft respectively.
● Automatic correction control can adjust the tension according to the wire diameter of the output line.
Electrical control system
● Power supply voltage: three-phase four-wire 380VAC 50HZ (or as specified by you).
● The whole electromechanical control is realized through the PLC programmable controller to set the length value, so as to achieve automatic shutdown, manual brake, line break emergency stop and fault protection emergency stop functions.
● The production speed is adjusted by the wire drawing frequency converter and the wire collecting frequency converter to achieve stepless speed adjustment.
The control panel of the whole machine adopts touch screen operation mode, and a separate emergency stop switch is set. Through PID control of input and output signals, a proportional signal is output to the wire winding frequency converter to realize dual frequency synchronous wire winding.
● The electrical control system has the function of automatic memory of the diameter change of the wire reel, which ensures that the normal start and stop and the start after shutdown can run smoothly without manual assistance.
● The touch screen is color, the screen size is 7.0 inches, and the installation height of the touch screen shall not be higher than 1.5 meters;
● It can set and display the main current, drawing speed, annealing current, annealing voltage, setting drawing length, actual drawing length, work disk conversion and other related data.
