The tower wheel of the BAOC-24DT small continuous annealing machine is designed with a double-layer arrangement, driven by a main motor through a flat belt to the tower wheel shaft and the drawing shaft; the winding shaft is driven by an independent three-phase AC motor, using dual frequency conversion synchronous control. The power for the annealing machine is transmitted and supplied by the drawing machine via a flat belt. The round copper wire enters the drawing chamber through a wire holder, where it is drawn using the tower wheel and drawing die. During drawing, the cooling method for the wire and die uses a spray system. The wire sequentially passes through the drawing wheel, counting guide wheel, tension rocker guide wheel, guide wheel, and line arrangement guide wheel before entering the winding drum. The control of the winding tension is provided by the tension rocker, which sends deviation signals to the winding frequency converter (dedicated to the drawing machine). After processing the signal, the frequency converter adjusts the speed of the winding motor to achieve balanced tension. The electrical control system has an automatic memory function, ensuring smooth acceleration upon normal start-stop and restart without manual assistance. The operation panel allows for equipment control and adjustment, displaying key parameters for easy daily operation and maintenance. Dual frequency conversion synchronous control is adopted to achieve stepless speed regulation in production. The annealing voltage tracks the drawing speed, truly achieving continuous annealing. The line arrangement system is driven by independent unidirectional motors; the braking system of the coiling section is standardly equipped with electromagnetic brakes. When customers require larger reels, we recommend choosing pneumatic brakes.

5. Extension wheel:
5-1. Use the spray chromium oxide extension wheel, 4 pieces in 11 layers, and 1 piece in a single layer of the final extension wheel.
5-2. The loading and unloading of the extension wheel is fixed by a conical pressing device, which can be adjusted to fix the position of the eye mold. The loading and unloading is simple and will not damage the precision density of the shaft.
6. Eye mold base:
6-1. The first eye model is independent.
6-2. The second to the twenty-third eye mold is made of iron milling and casting, with a small body to increase the space for drawing operations.
6-3. The eye mold seat can be adjusted according to the position of the extension wheel.
7. Extension line lubrication system:
7-1. Lubricate the extension wheel and the extension eye mold. Install a movable water pipe joint on the top to avoid affecting the wire threading operation.
