China Suppliers Factory Rolling Machine with Advanced Electrical Control and Reliable Die Insertion Mechanism
Product Description
Operating Instructions
The machine body is a precision-cast structure with a gear reduction mechanism installed within. The upper portion of the housing houses the roller assembly and the drawing drum for die insertion.
The rolling mechanism, consisting of upper and lower rollers, is mounted on the upper portion of the machine. The die insertion mechanism is mounted on the rocker arm bracket on the left side of the machine body, while the clamping mechanism and drawing drum are installed directly in front of the machine. The electrical control system is configured when the machine is shipped and must be safe and reliable.
The roller grooves are arranged from deep to shallow below the axis. To operate, first turn the handle counterclockwise and push the wire to be rolled into the corresponding grooves, from large to small. Each rotation of the rollers removes the wire. Repeat this process several times to achieve the desired tip.
The point-pointing machine is driven by a separate electric motor, which drives the output shaft on the main shaft through two pairs of reduction gears. After disengaging the drum clutch, thread the pointed wire into the drawing die on the rocker arm bracket. Clamp the wire end with a clamp and turn the handle clockwise to rotate the drum. When the desired length is reached, disengage the tapered friction clutch and stop the drum.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the motor power and model used in this pointing machine?
The machine is equipped with a Y100L-6 motor model that delivers a power output of 3 kW, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.
What is the rolling range and roller configuration of this machine?
The machine has a rolling range of 1.4 mm to 9.5 mm. It features a roller diameter of 96 mm and is equipped with 11 roller grooves.
How does the transmission system work in this point-pointing machine?
The machine utilizes a worm gear and worm transmission system, allowing the motor to drive the output shaft through two pairs of reduction gears.
How should the roller grooves be operated to point the wire?
Turn the handle counterclockwise and push the wire into the roller grooves from large to small. Each rotation of the rollers works the wire, and this process is repeated until the desired tip is achieved.
What is the procedure for using the drawing drum clutch?
First, disengage the drum clutch and thread the pointed wire into the drawing die. Secure the wire end with a clamp, then turn the handle clockwise to rotate the drum. Once the target length is met, disengage the tapered friction clutch to stop the drum.
