BAOC-250TA Copper Wire Intermediate Drawing Continuous Annealing Machine

By applying the principle of wire contact short-circuit annealing, the preheating length, annealing length, and cooling length are reasonably extended on the basis of previous methods to meet the requirements of copper wire annealing process, improve the elongation of copper wire after annealing, and increase the production speed of equipment. The annealing power supply is DC, and the annealing host adopts a closed structure. The wire passing part is equipped with a protective cover to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.

    Main technical parameters:

The wire contact annealing wheel adopts a square structure, which increases the wire wrapping angle, effectively prevents wire sliding, and reduces the tension of subsequent wire winding, improving the quality and elongation of the copper wire surface. The fire extinguisher consists of a conductive system, an oxidation protection system, a cooling system, a drying system, an electrical system, etc.

    Structure Description:

    1. Machine base part:
    The machine base is made of A3 steel plate welded together, and the matching parts are processed by precision milling machines to ensure the precision of the machine base.
    2. Transmission and electrode rotation parts:
    The power of the fire extinguisher is transmitted and supplied by the fixed speed wheel of the main engine. The electrode wheel is driven by a flat belt, and the belt tension is adjusted by a pressure wheel. The inlet and outlet wheels are single-layer, and the outlet speed is 0.8% faster than the inlet speed to compensate for the speed difference caused by the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet lines and prevent the wire diameter from becoming thin.
    3. Carbon brush and electrode parts:
    High density carbon brushes are used to increase the lifespan. The electrode wheel and shaft are made of brass, the collector ring is made of phosphor bronze, and the guide wheel ring is made of pure nickel tape, which has good conductivity and long lifespan. The electrode and the machine base are insulated with fiberglass adhesive wood.
    4. Cooling section:
    Composed of 1 3HP electric pump, cooler, coolant container, and external water cooling tower (to be provided by the user).
    5. Electrical components:
    The electrical part consists of an annealing control box, annealing transformer, electrode wheel section, and flat copper bars (to be provided by the user).
