By applying the principle of wire contact short-circuit annealing, the preheating length, annealing length, and cooling length are reasonably extended on the basis of previous methods to meet the requirements of copper wire annealing process, improve the elongation of copper wire after annealing, and increase the production speed of equipment. The annealing power supply is DC, and the annealing host adopts a closed structure. The wire passing part is equipped with a protective cover to ensure the safe operation of the equipment. The wire contact annealing wheel adopts a square structure, which increases the wire wrapping angle, effectively prevents wire sliding, and reduces the tension of subsequent wire winding, improving the quality and elongation of the copper wire surface. The fire extinguisher consists of a conductive system, an oxidation protection system, a cooling system, a drying system, an electrical system, etc.
