Aluminum powder filter
Working Principle
1. Oil/industrial liquid is pumped into the equipment via a pump. When the oil/industrial liquid and impurities enter the separation rotor, they are subjected to powerful centrifugal forces (up to 2000 times the impurities' own weight), causing the oil/industrial liquid and impurities to move radially toward the rotor's inner surface. The oil/industrial liquid and its impurities are compressed into a thick layer. Due to the centrifugal force, the oil/industrial liquid flows back through the reflux trough into the transfer tank. Impurities are adsorbed onto the separator's inner surface and gradually solidify, separating the impurities from the oil/industrial liquid and continuously improving the cleanliness of the oil/industrial liquid.
2. Differences from Traditional Filtration Methods: Traditional (intercepting) filters use filter media to intercept impurities. Their filtration accuracy is determined by the filter media used. When the filter media is overloaded (i.e., the pressure differential across the filter is too large), there is a risk of the filter media tearing (breaking down), and the filter element replacement costs are high.

9. With no filters or filter elements to replace, this equipment offers a low investment cost, virtually no consumables, and a one-time investment. It is easy to maintain and operate, with a service life of over 10 years.
